Welcome to the CLCFC request for funding page. Please choose the Funding application that suits you. There are 2 options.
Option 1: The printable form where you can print off the form and fill in the details by hand. Once done, scan and email it back to the office or mail it in using the address found on the top of the application form.
Option 2: The other option is to use your computer and Microsoft WORD.  Download the form (in .doc format.) Use your Microsoft WORD (or compatible application) to fill in the fields. Save and email it back to our office.
